Sie umfassen Wissens- und Kompetenzvermittlung zum gesamten  Spektrum des Handlungsfelds "Führen/Leiten" und adressieren alle Hierarchiebene einer Organisation / eines Betriebs. Ich entwickele für meine Auftraggeber*innen passgenau massgeschneiderte Konzepte, auch als Blended Learning und im hybriden Format.
